I'd like to thank the Masters and everyone who participated in the seminar,
it is by far the best one I have ever attended. I took a lot away from it and feel
primed and psyched for this new year of training. The ICTF rocks!
Our club agrees, the International Chan-Hon Taekwon Do Federation that we belong to does indeed ROCK!!
