Registration form can be downloaded below or picked up at the dojang from Grand Master Doerksen or Master Sommer. Please email doerksentkd.as@gmail.com<\/span> for information.<\/span>

<\/span>DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Once the registration form has opened click the download button (down arrow on top right of page). When the “Open” popup box appears rename the file by replacing “Doerksen-TKD” with the name of the student. You can change the location of where the file is saved or leave as is and it will save to the downloads folder. Click “Save” to download. <\/span><\/p>\n

REGISTRATION DELIVERY and PAYMENT<\/strong><\/h4>\n

After the form is filled it can be emailed to doerksentkd.as@gmail.com<\/em><\/span> or brought to the dojang (see Master Sommer or Grand Master Doerksen). Payment can be made via E-Transfer to the above email address or in person at the dojang.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
